A natural light family photographer based in the heart of the Hunter Valley. I’ve been capturing authentic, heartfelt moments for almost a decade, and nothing brings me more joy than turning ordinary days into timeless keepsakes.
My photography journey began with the birth of my daughter, Isla. Becoming a mother opened my eyes to the beauty of everyday connection - the messy, magical, in-between moments that are often the most meaningful. Now, with two daughters, a backyard full of animals, and a camera never far from reach, I bring that same love for real life into every session.
Whether you’re booking a family shoot, maternity session, or one of my popular Christmas minis (yes, the ones with our fallow deer!), my goal is always the same! to make you feel at ease, seen, and celebrated. No stiff poses, no pressure. Just genuine moments, gently guided, beautifully captured.

We chose Ellise for our maternity and newborn photographs after I’d seen numerous people I knew use her over the years. Ellise is such a warm person that our family instantly felt relaxed, and that feeling was shining through in our photographs with so many genuine, natural laughs, smiles and just loving moments captured. Ellise’s style is so versatile that her ability to capture so many different angles, poses and backgrounds at the one location means we’ve been able to hang multiple photographs from each shoot within our home without that feeling like they’re all the same, but mostly we truly felt like we received value for money.
